Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  • Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.
  • You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.

When launching our colouring competition back in May, we asked for your most colourful interpretations of our Bliss Directory 2016 front cover. It’s now just a month later and we’ve been blown-away with the response, receiving over 100 stunning entries and every single design really has made this year’s catalogue the best yet! Ranging from the quirky and colourful to brilliant 3D works-of-art, the Bliss team had a lot of fun selecting your masterpieces for the final winning entry! Thank you so much to everyone who took part, and we hope that you’ve celebrated your efforts with the complimentary bottles of Tannymaxx Beluga luxury tanning lotions that have been sent out to each applicant.

In-between, we also hope you’ve enjoyed flicking through the pages of the new catalogue and seen the amazing selection of lotions, spray tanning solutions, equipment and tanning essentials Bliss can offer your business throughout the 2016/17 season.
