We know how important it is to get your delivery to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, all orders are dispatched within one working day from receipt of your order. All our orders are dispatched via DPD Local or Royal Mail. We use a next day delivery service within mainland UK and a 2 day service to Northern Ireland, and a 3-5 day service to ROI.
All our Retail customers within the UK benefit from FREE delivery on all orders over £19.99, orders under this are charged at £3.95.
If you are registered as a Professional/Salon customer orders over £100 before VAT are shipped free of charge, orders under this are charged at £7.75 + VAT.
European shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and value of the products purchased. All European orders will be delivered within 10-18 working days of placing the order. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of Europe. Please contact us with any enquirers regarding shipping outside of Europe.

Bliss RETURNS POLICY
- Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
- Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
- Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
- In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
- Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.
- You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.
