Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.

Beauty UK 2014

Last weekend the Bliss team launched the latest catalogue at the Beauty UK show in Birmingham. The sunshine enticed lots of show-goers, creating one of the busiest exhibitions we’ve been to in recent years. With nearly a full team in attendance, we showcased the latest products featured in this season’s catalogue. Fiesta Sun’s new products – ‘Sweet Pea Passion‘ and ‘Black Cherry Crush‘ went down a storm, and as predicted Pro Tan’s new Bodaciously Black sold out after the first day! Synergy Tan’s ‘Let’s Play In the Dark‘ collection was a huge hit with lots of salon owners who loved the playful but premium pink packaging that sparkled from the top shelf display.

We were also very excited to announce the launch of the new Kardashian UV & Sunless range in the directory, and had lots of starstruck customers eager to see the fabulous product range and try the new self tanning mist. And as anticipated, Power Tan’s new Venom proved to be very popular with tanning enthusiasts who loved the ‘anti-wrinkle’ formula.
