Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  • Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.
  • You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.

New Bliss Directory 2014

The launch of annual catalogue is one of the biggest highlights in the Bliss calendar and marks the start of an exciting new season for us each year. As well as showcasing all the new products from leading brands such as Synergy Tan, Pro Tan, Devoted Creations, Power Tan and Emerald Bay, it allows us to show you what we’ve been working on and thank you for your support and feedback over the last year. With 17 past issues, we like to make sure that each of our covers is individual and this year we wanted to celebrate the international partnerships we’ve established over the years. Each of these has been incorporated into the design, from the sunny shores of Florida to our close partners in Germany and Holland. Our close links mean that we can keep bringing you the best UV and sunless tanning ranges in the world.

You’ll also notice some new dates for our FREE training days following their success last year. At Bliss, we’re committed to providing support and continued knowledge of our products and the tanning industry as a whole and the growing numbers on our courses suggest that as professionals you feel the same way. Ask one of  the team if you would like to come along.

Personally, I think this is our best issue yet and I really hope you enjoy flicking though as much as we’ve enjoyed putting it together – welcome to this year’s blissful world of tanning.
