Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  • Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.
  • You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.

Covid-19 We’re here for you!

These recent weeks have been and still are, some of the strangest and most challenging times any of us have ever lived through. As a company we have remained open on skeleton staff complying with government guidelines and ensuring the safety of our entire Bliss family. At times like this we all have to stick together and from speaking with many of you since lock down began it is clear that as an industry that is exactly what the majority of us are trying to do.

We really want you to know that no matter what your current circumstances are you can pick up the phone and call us. Having covered some of the recent incoming calls some of the best calls I have taken have been from customers who have simply called in to check we were all ok. You’ve no idea how much it means to the team to know that you are asking after them. I can also assure you that we are just as concerned about you and your teams.

It's been wonderful to see you all reaching out to your clients through social media and making sure they know we are all ready to welcome them back through the doors as soon as we can. We’ve also seen how many salon operators have taken this time to do improvements in their businesses. This preparation for the future is great to see.

If you have not been able to visit your business don’t worry that’s ok too. We know a number of you have been isolating and shielding and unable to leave the house. We have members of our own team who have had to isolate so we know and appreciate how hard this time continues to be.

We are still shipping out orders, so if you are one of the many and need anything from posters to product just call us and we will send out via our carriers DPD Local. You also don’t need to worry about shipping to the salon. We are more than happy to send to a residential address if that works for you, just mention it when you call.

We have been trying to remain active on social media and keep spirits up with our isolation poll whittling down our 32 best sellers until ultimately; we will have our customers choice. We have also been busy updating our website (if you are reading this, hopefully you have noticed). All our salon and trade accounts can now register online to gain access to our ‘exclusive salon only’ content. Once your login is approved you will be able to see exclusive training tips, video content and order online at trade price. This is 24/7 access to everything Bliss has, and is designed with busy salon owners in mind , we will be continuously improving the site as time moves on.

Working out what life will be like after this is difficult, what we all know is that for some time life will not be as we remember it. Salon hygiene and staff/customer safety will be paramount in the coming days and weeks as we prepare and re-open. We are working hard to source items that we hope will get you all operational again. These include sneeze screens for reception desks, floor marking tapes, hand sanitisers and PPE amongst other items that may be needed by you. We will of course also continue to offer you the largest selection of UV lotions on the market.

We will be running some zoom training sessions over the coming weeks for you and your staff who feel the need to brush up on their knowledge after the break away from work. These are informal and informative chats and we can tailor them specifically for you if this is required.
