Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  • Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.

Finally, things looking up and beach holidays are edging forever closer! I’ve decided to cheer myself up and start getting my base tan ready for some fun in the sun. The ‘Passport to Paradise’ Collection by Hempz is one of my new favourites… There really is something for everyone in this range, a selection of pure accelerators & bronzers is the perfect mix of lotions to get ready for bare skin and a sun kissed glow.

‘All Inclusive’ and ‘Float On’ are two different pure accelerators that both work to build, enhance and intensify your tan for darker and longer lasting results. ‘Private Island’ and ‘Here Today gone to Maui’ are two stunning Dark, Black Bronzers that will give you a darker tan instantly. And last of all, ‘Legs for Days’ is a beach ready bronzer specifically designed for your legs!! If you’re anything like me, you will be over the moon with this product! I struggle to tan my legs, for some reason they like to stay a pasty white while the rest of me turns a lovely golden brown. This cream contains clear bronzers as well as instant bronzers, meaning that even after you’ve applied this lotion the clear bronzer will continue to develop making your legs darker as the day goes on!  

There’s even a ‘Passport’ Intro Kit that contains 15 FREE Sachets if you buy a Tube of each lotion, a great kit to get started with and test out the products, you won’t be disappointed! This colourful range reminds me of Summer Holidays, it really does make me smile so I hope it does the same for everyone else, hopefully we can all start feeling a bit more normal again!
