Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  • Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.
  • You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.

New season training

The start of the season means lots of new products to learn about, and last week we were lucky enough to have the lovely Michael from California Tan come all the way from their HQ in Indianapolis, USA to give us some new product training. This is the second time Michael has been in to see us now, and this guy sure knows his stuff!

Focussing very much on premium skincare ingredients and the latest tanning agents and trends, California Tan has been providing the industry with high quality lotions for over 20 years.

One of the great things about product training with Cal Tan is that we get to know the really nitty-gritty stuff, such as how a specific ingredient like Black Walnut Shell works within a lotion, or how the technology behind something like certified Aloe Vera works compared to just plain old Aloe Vera!

All this in-depth info means that we can give our customers the low-down on how these products work, so feel free to ask us about the new California Tan lines or indeed any of the ranges we stock - we love to show off a bit :)
