Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.

Our New Catalogue is Here! Bliss Directory 26 2022/23

Here at Bliss we are so pleased to announce Our brand NEW BLISS DIRECTORY 2022/2023 is now LIVE on our website and a copy should be arriving with everyone VERY soon! The new catalogue cover absolutely screams SUMMER, we can’t wait for everyone to see it! With every new catalogue come new products & package deals… I don’t really know where to start, there are so many this year. From our beloved Pro Tan Beaches and Crème Collection to the very reasonably priced but AMAZING Soleo Wild Tan range there really is something for everyone. So many collections have expanded so if you do call and place an order but haven’t had chance to take a look at the catalogue yet it’s definitely worth asking if there’s anything new!

Let me talk to you about a few of our new best sellers. Pro Tan Beaches and Crème All-In Intensifying Serum actually arrived with us in January and has continued to be a best seller throughout the season. I can’t honestly name anyone who did not love this lotion! It’s insane, I hope by now everyone has tried it, but if you haven’t, please do, you won’t be disappointed. Fiesta Sun has increased its Seaside Collection with a stunning new natural bronzer called ‘OH Hey Vacay’ – it’s the only natural bronzer in this range and has been extremely popular due to its redness reducing formula & soft glow. Power Tan have brought out the insane ‘Non-Stop Black’ Collection that has three (already very popular) lotions! These 24-Hour Hybrid creams are able to mimic the effects of sun light exposure to stimulate the skins natural production of melanin! WOW. They are also part of a package deal that rewards you with six free sachets. Body Butter KARAT CBD has also been a firm favourite along with Tan Candy Watermelon Sugar, a deliciously sweet maximising cream by Supre Tan… It’s the cream everyone’s singing about all thanks to Harry Styles!

I won’t keep you for too much longer, but I’ve got to mention a brand new package deal I know everyone will go crazy for!
