Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  • Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.
  • You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.

Firstly, and most importantly I hope that you, your family and your colleagues are well.  These are extraordinary times; like yourselves, we are trying to work through this difficult period in the best way we can.

The Bliss team is now getting back to running at full speed and our office and warehouse facilities are fully operational. We had received the majority of our stock prior to the lockdown, so all the exciting new lotions and products featured are ready and available to purchase now, along with a whole host of what we are all coming to adjust to 'the new normal' PPE stock.

We hope you have had chance to look around the new website and can see the advantages it provides with online ordering 24 hours a day as well as access to training links and videos on key products, so it’s now easier than ever to keep stocked with your favourite products. Our blog will aim to keep you up-to-date with all things Bliss, plus we will be sharing our latest and favourite lotions too. And as you hopefully saw/took part in on Social Media during lockdown with our Isolation Poll 2020 we love to hear which products you think are the best!
