Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  • Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.
  • You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items.

Its 2021 and already we have been forced into another lockdown. It’s devastating news but something that is needed to keep us safe. 2021 is a New Year and a fresh start, no matter what the circumstances we all must come together and make light of the situation. Don’t be afraid to ask for help!

Team BLISS are here to offer continuous support. Our phonelines will be covered throughout, even if you just need a chat, or need something to aim for, give us a call. We will be adding new content to our Bliss Website, including lots of new Training help & support. It’s a great time to up your game and make sure you’re confident at being able to look after your customers while they’re in your care; get yourself and your salon ready for re-opening, aim high and build on your skills. We will also still be offering ZOOM Training sessions so if you would like to use this time to freshen up, learn new skills and hear about some of our amazing products send an email to markt@blissdirect.co.uk or call us on 0800 801760. We would love to hear from you.

We just want to thank each and every one of our customers and suppliers, without you we wouldn’t be here as a company.
