Returns Policy

  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for UK based customers
  • Unopened goods may be returned within 28 days for International customers
  • Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Please note that this does not include the cost of the delivery.
  • In some circumstances, your delivery charge may be refunded, for example, if your entire order was faulty or incorrect, or if your order has been cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
  • Electronics are not eligible for return or exchange unless the device is in its original packaging and condition.

Show-stoppers!

Professional Beauty North returned to Manchester Central in October and the Bliss team were in full attendance as we presented our latest products and special offers. We consider this to be our ‘flag-ship’ exhibition and we rubbed shoulders with some of the other leading beauty brands in the business. Taking inspiration from our neon-yellow catalogue cover, the theme of our stand was ‘rainbow’, and the bright and cheery splashes of colour warmed up an otherwise drizzly October weekend. Our pillar-box red sunbed grabbed the attention of everyone walking by and our cheeky slogan put a smile on a few faces too...

 

We welcomed a new bunch of show-goers to our world of tanning, as well as meeting up with some old friends too. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and we look forward to seeing you again next year!
